Prices are based on up to 5 guests + cot.  Over occupancy and sub-letting is strictly prohibited, as is inviting guests to stay with you during your booking dates, without our prior permission.

Dogs are welcome and there is a charge of £30 per dog. The cottage can comfortably fit up to 3 small sized dogs or 2 medium sized dog (labrador size being medium).

The cottage can be accessed from 4pm on the start date of your booking. Departure is by 10am on the day of check-out.

30% deposit is required secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel.

An additional £250 refundable damage deposit is taken at the time of booking and will be refunded 7 working days after the holiday, subject to no damage.

Any guests found sub-letting the cottage / their booking, will have the booking cancelled and monies paid will be non refundable.

Payments are made by bank transfer. Credit card payments can be made via PayPal or Stripe.
